This privacy policy sets out how the Center for Legal and Court Technology (CLCT) uses and protects any information that you give us when you use this website.

This notice applies to all information collected by or submitted to official CLCT sites. What we do with the information we gather

We require this information to provide you with your requested services, and in particular for the following reasons:

Under the Virginia Freedom of Information Act, any records in our possession at the time of a Freedom of Information Act request might be subject to being inspected by or disclosed to members of the public for any purpose they desire.
