The conference is designed for judges, court administrators, technologists, and other stakeholders involved with courthouse operations and future planning. The purpose of the conference is to re-evaluate the use of courthouse technology and infrastructure in today’s and tomorrow’s world. Since COVID-19, our society has changed, and the use of technology has increased at an unexpected rate. How does all this alter the use of our courthouses?

2025 Problematic AI Symposium Announced

The Coastal Virginia Division of the Commonwealth Cyber Initiative (CCI) in partnership with the Center for Legal & Court Technology (CLCT) at William & Mary Law School is excited to present our annual conference scheduled for February 7, 2025.

On the docket for this year’s conference are three panels with a focus on Perspectives on AI Governance from:

  • Government Entities,
  • The Private Sector, and
  • Academia

Our conference is expected to start at 9 am Eastern Time on February 7, 2025. Guests are welcome to join us in person at William & Mary Law School in Williamsburg, VA where we will provide a continental breakfast and lunch in addition to other refreshments. However, space is limited so pre-conference registration is required for all in-person attendees. We will also offer remote viewing of the conference by Zoom. In either case, there is no registration fee.
